Programme & Project Management
Provision of end to end management of a project or group of projects from initial scoping and planning to go-live, support and project closure. This includes scoping and prioritisation, dependency management, task estimation, detailed planning and tracking, status reporting, risk and issue management, budget management and reporting, resource management and stakeholder management.
Combining the above core project management skills with many years of experience and deep industry knowledge enables the client to have confidence in a successful, efficient and effective delivery.
Functional Architecture
Provision of detailed roadmaps for applications or a suite of applications along with high level designs and strategies. This is achieved through the facilitation of iterative and interactive workshops with key Business resources. This work is undertaken in areas of experience where that relevant expertise can be leveraged to help the client abstract and shape the solution to their problem and ensure the overall end result is fit for purpose as well as phased in the most effective way to realise business benefits as quickly and incrementally as possible.
Business Analysis
Provision of detailed requirements and functional specification documents, including EXCEL prototypes and example models, to enable the client to gain confidence that the problem, that is required to be solved, is clearly thought through, understood and has a viable solution. This is achieved through the facilitation of workshops with the Business resources who will be utilising the end product. The key enabler to success here is the innovative use of tried and tested methods and deliverables that allow iterative and interactive 'play back' of the solution as it develops to the client for verification.
Testing & QA
Provision of test strategies and test scenarios to enable the project to determine if the end product meets the business requirements along with regular clear and concise test progress status reports and test phase closure reports.
Transition to Support
Provision of the actions and deliverables required to move a product from a project team to a support team. This includes setting up a complete end to end support model, estimating and budgeting for support staffing increases, ensuring training and knowledge transfer is complete and putting in place support and maintenance contracts with vendors if required.
Consultancy Services
Provision of short/medium term consultancy advice in any of the areas above to assist clients via recommendations, actions and deliverables to address either specific project problems or to assist in project turnarounds.
